CUFFS: REAL LIFE

How far does the extract try to create a sense that it is portraying 'real life':

The extract of cuffs tries to portray a sense of real life. they do this by showing the audience that the police officers have a social life. This is shown when Donna, Jake, Brian and Lino are having their lunch and eating in the cafeteria. Everyone does this and it is a normal real life thing to do, it shows the police force are normal people and do normal people stuff.

Cuffs also shows a lot of digest sounds. they use this by sounds of the public, talking, the tracker, moving cars and police radio. These sounds of Digest portrays cuff as real life and it shows to be more real and true. These sounds happen in everyday life and is not edited in after the scenes have been filmed. This all gives a sense of real life.
